Mr. Jerome Leon Bostic, son of Thomas Bostic and Willa Mae Tyler Bostic, was born on June 27, 1953 in indianapolis, Indiana. He was one of six children. His father, Thomas; mother, Willa Mae; and sister, Mrs. Annetta Marie Barnett preceded him in death.
Jerome attended Crispus Attucks High School. He joined the Army at an early age. He served his country with honors.
Jerome was a hard working man, that always gave a helping hand if you needed it. He loved to go fishing, pay cards, listen to old song and hang out with family and friends.
Jerome Leon Bostic departed this life on February 3, 2014 at the age of 60 years old. He leaves to cherish his memory his five daughters, Ms. Kaneeca Allen, Ms. Angel Bostic, Ms. Angela Bostic, Ms. LaFonda Bostic, and Ms. Tianna Bostic; three brothers, Mr. Gary C. Hausley, Mr. Thomas J. Bostick, Mr. Kenneth Bostick; two sisters, Mrs. Odena M. Caulder, Ms. Rose Mary Bostick and the mother of his five daughters, Ms. Mildred Allen ; 10 grandchildren, and host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and other close relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held in his honor at Noon on Thursday, February 13 at The Caring Place, 2901 N. Post Road, Indianapolis, IN. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until service time. Mr. Bostic will be laid to rest at Sutherland Park Cemetery.
